Hey There! What a beautiful weekend to be travelling around Durham Region. We kicked off our Saturday morning at Bond Head Beach in Newcastle for the Artist and Artisans Show and Sale. I couldn't think of a better way to spend the morning then looking at art on the shores of Lake Ontario. Not only did they have paintings but lots of jewelry, pottery and even glassware! Sunday we also headed to the lake for the last day of National Fishing Week. This past week Canadians were encouraged to get out, grab a rod and reel and head to your nearest river, stream or lake and "catch a memory".
