34th Annual Columbus Church Yard Sale

Come shop for gently used, second hand items at the 34th Annual Columbus Church Fundraiser from 8AM-3PM. This event is an annual fund-raiser which is in its 34th year and the proceeds go toward the church operation and maintenance. YOu can even purchase a booth to sell your items, for $20, which will also be donated to the church.

Come join the Whitby Legion for their annual 'Heritage Day' on September 18th! They will be serving a scrambled egg breakfast with all the fixings from 9AM-11AM and from 11AM-8PM a BBQ lunch and dinner! There will also be live entertainment from a 12 piece swing band from 1PM until 3PM, and 'Rockin Roy' will play from 3PM until close! The Charles Best Diabetes Centre Walkathon is a great family fun day happening today in Heydenshore Park from 10AM-4PM. It will start with a fundraiser walk for the Diabetes Centre, followed by a day of fun in the park with activities such as a rock climbing wall, bouncing castles, face painting, barbecue lunch and so more.
