The summer weekend fun continues in Durham Region this weekend!
Starting things off at Bowmanville’s Summerfest! They’re rolling out real sod on a section of the main street where you can experience outdoor play or try your hand at a free yoga or Zumba session. There’s also loads of free fun at the sidewalk sale from 9:00am-5:00pm!
Next up, Durham’s largest dog event, the Dog Days of Scugog is taking over Scugog Shores Museum in Port Perry! You can bring your furry friends out on either Saturday or Sunday for a family fun day and everything your canine companion could want!
On Sunday morning you can find me at Centennial Park in Pickering! It’s a fun free event for all families at the Autism Awareness Family Picnic! Free food, entertainment, games and activities for kids of all ages and abilities! Check it out between 12:00pm-2:00pm.
On Sunday afternoon I will be at Ajax Downs for their Craft Brewery Day! Watch the live racing while enjoying samples from local Craft Breweries. There will also be prizes and giveaways all day!
