  • The Hidden Dangers Of An Overwhelmed Mom

The Hidden Dangers Of An Overwhelmed Mom

Motherhood can be beautiful, but for many of us, it can also be incredibly lonely and overwhelming. "The Hidden Dangers of an Overwhelmed Mom" is a heartfelt and honest event featuring Alexandra Lily, a mom of two, including one child with special needs. Alexandra has built a thriving social media community of 10,000 followers in just four months, is currently writing a book, and is the co-founder of the "I Am More Than a Mom" movement.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re barely holding it together, constantly running on empty, or losing yourself in the endless demands of being a mom, you’re not alone. This event is a safe space to explore the silent battles we face—the exhaustion, the guilt, the emotional distance that can creep into our lives without warning.

Alexandra will share her personal journey of struggling with the hidden dangers of being an overwhelmed mom, from serious health scares to emotional distancing from her child. She will also discuss her quest for balance and wellness, and how self-help books helped shift her mindset but often left her yearning for something more personal and practical.

We’ll dive into the real, raw challenges that come with being a mom who feels overwhelmed, and together, we’ll uncover the steps we can take to protect our well-being and find ourselves again. Join us to connect with other moms who understand what you’re going through, share your story, and learn ways to navigate the tough times. Because you deserve to be more than just okay—you deserve to feel whole, seen, and supported.
