    With over 50 youth members, there are Wildcats everywhere! This up-beat throwback to the ins and outs of high school drama is a nostalgic romp for young and old alike!  In this play, an audition notice is posted for East High’s spring musical and superstar athlete Troy and science whiz Gabriella secretly want to try out. Will their dreams be thwarted as they navigate the cliques of East High? Adapted for young performers, this musical includes favourite High School Musical songs such as “Get’cha Head in the Game,” “Stick to the Status Quo,” and “We’re All in This Together.” With its inspiring message of friendship, self-discovery, and teamwork, you’ll be singing and cheering along with the talented High School Musical JR. Cast!  You won’t want to miss out on this entertaining SLCT musical!

  • Halloween at the Harbour

    Join us for a spooky evening at Halloween at the Harbour! Attendees will enjoy various activities at the Oshawa Museum on Saturday, October 26, from 6 – 8 pm. Just $5 per person! Tickets are available at the door.

     

    Step into an eerily lit Henry House, adorned with oil lamps and draped in Victorian mourning décor. Experience chilling ghost stories from staff, marvel at the ‘killer dresses’ and encounter unsettling food and artefacts as you tour through a home almost 200 years old.

     

    Family fun awaits in Guy House, with interactive activities for all ages. Explore the display featuring local coffin hardware, play games, make a skeleton craft and get your face painted!

     

    Warm up with hot chocolate and cider. We look forward to celebrating a thrilling Halloween with you!

  • Durham Regional Crime Stoppers - Fall Charity Dance

    Durham Regional Crime Stoppers is hosting a Fall Charity Dance featuring: Two For The Show

    The dance will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Heydenshore Pavilion in Whitby.

Mind Kontrol takes a fresh spin to classic magic with astonishing psychological illusions. Mike is a world class entertainer who captivates audiences at hundreds of shows annually.   • Scary Stories at the Museum
    Come enjoy a little fright and a lot of fun as our guides escort you around the Scugog Shore Museum Village to hear humorous and scary tales of the supernatural and macabre, including true stories of paranormal activities within some of the museum’s own buildings.
     
    Walks are approximately 85 minutes in length. There are 4 performances each evening with a maximum of 15 persons/group. Tours start at 7pm, 7:20pm, 7:40pm, and 8pm each night.
     
    Tickets are $25/person and are available in advance only.
     
    Performances are recommended for ages 12 and up. *Please note – walks take place over uneven ground in low lighting conditions.
